There was a Retired Police Officer Muthuvel Pendian, who was living in Tamil Nadu with his family. Muthuvel Pendian’s son, Arjun, was also a dedicated police officer who was investigating an illegal idol smuggling racket. And one day, Arjun suddenly went missing. And Muthuvel Pandian was in deep stressed because maybe the reason behind his son’s kidnapping was Muthuvel himself. Muthuvel’s past was not ordinary, his past was filled with dark and violence. So, the reason behind Arjun’s kidnapping was deeply connected to Muthuvel and his past.
The story starts in a temple where a priest is murdered, and an idol from the temple is stolen. Then, the villain, Varma is introduced as a dangerous villain. And then Muthuvel Pandian is introduced while he is spending time with his grandson. Then introduced Arjun, the son of Muthuvel Pandian, has been searching for the idol for the past five years. A villain gave threatens to Arjun with death for searching the idol, but his father Pandian, kills all the villains who tried to kill Arjun.
After some time, Arjun does not return home for some time. A female constable calls Pandian and informs him that Arjun might be killed due to the idol searching case. Then Pandian went to the Villain who was trying to kill Arjun and asked him about Arjun. After that, suddenly one day there is a fatal attack on his grandson. Then Varma called him and threatens him to kill all his family member.
Later, Kamdev reveals Muthuvel’s past to Varma. Actually, Muthuvel was a popular jailer at that time. Muthuvel ruled over the prison and everyone had to follow his orders. Pandian goes to kill Varma, but Varma shows him Arjun. Varma had kept Arjun in custody so that he could take advantage of him if needed. Then varma took advantage and ordered Pandian to steal an ancient piece. And Pandian agreed with him.
And Pandian successfully steals thee crown but sends duplicate to Varma. Varma and Arjun later discuss that the crown was fake and the real one is with Pandian. Pandian had set up a camera at the duplicate crown, so he comes to know about his son that this whole conspiracy was his son’s. After knowing all the things, Muthuvel kills Varma and orders Arjun to surrender, but Arjun attempts to kill his father instead. And at the last he had to kill his son even though he didn’t want to.
